The Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to universally adopt the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. According to predictions, the standard Galaxy S24 will feature 8GB of RAM, while higher-end models will provide up to 12GB of RAM.
The Galaxy S24 is rumored to showcase a 6.2-inch full-HD+ dynamic AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
