Samsung has recently released a new update for the Theme Park application. The company has fixed some functionalities that are causing issues for users, but after the installation, some users have found new issues related to the icon packs.
According to several reports, when applying the icon packs, users are not able to use them properly as they disappear. However, when they tap in the empty space, it opens easily, but at the same time, there are some users who are claiming that they are not able to use the desired apps.
After the flood of complaints, a community moderator responded and said the issue related to the app icon visibility and background will be fixed soon with the upcoming update of Theme Park. However, he doesn’t share any particular date when the update will be available for the Galaxy devices.
In the exact words he stated, “The issue where the live icon is not visible when applying a theme created by a theme park will be corrected by the team in charge and will be improved through updates to the theme park app.”.
This means users have to wait for some time to get the permanent fix; until then, you can also try to rollback to the previous version, where you can get rid of the issue temporarily. But to get a permanent resolution, you need to update the application to the latest version. So keep an eye on the Galaxy Store; wherever the new update is available, check for the update.
