WhatsApp has recently introduced some significant changes under the application, like the channel functionality, which provides a unique way to broadcast the information to unlimited users. For better experience, the company has added it to a dedicated section where the story update is available, and after arriving, it is making it complex to differentiate, but now it will provide a solution for this problem in upcoming updates.
WhatsApp status will appear in the new design
As you know, previously, the status was shown in a round circle at the top of the updates tab, which lacked the necessary information, but now that the latest development company has introduced a redesigned interface, you will get a status update in a rectangle form. With this redesign interface, users will have the ability to see the previous update without opening it. Basically, whenever anyone in your contact list updates a single status or multiple statuses, it will get a preview of the first shared status through its thumbnail.
This feature will be able to preview an image or video format of the status. This will be a significant feature for WhatsApp users, as it will give them a whole new experience while exploring the status of their accounts.
As of now, the feature is under development; it is available for testing on the beta versions. If you want to try it right now, you have to enroll in the beta program, and then you will get the latest update with the version number 2.24.4.23. While talking about the availability of the feature concern for the stable update, it may take a couple of weeks to roll out to the public.
