The WhatsApp team has brought several new features and improvements for enhancing the overall user experience when it relates to text messaging or another form of communication, including video calls and voice chatting or calling. To add more utilities, it has started testing two new features, including a new dialer and a new group setting.
According to the WAbetaInfo, in a new WhatsApp beta update 2.24.9.28, dialer features were spotted; however, it is unclear how WhatsApp will implement them. If we talk about the usability of this function, it will enable users to directly call other users without getting saved numbers, which adds more convenience for users who are hesitating to call anyone.
Apart from this, in another WhatsApp beta update with version number 2.24.9.27, a new hidden group feature was spotted, which will allow admins to restrict users from joining the group; ultimately, the group will be hidden from other users.
